CRUSHING PROCESS

The crushing process by crusher machine to crush coconut shell charcoal pieces into coconut shell charcoal powder smaller than 3mm in size.

MIXING PROCESS

Mixing coconut shell charcoal powder together with 5% food grade tapioca flour and water for 25 minutes in mixer machine.

BLENDING PROCESS

inserting the wet mixture of coconut shell charcoal powder and tapioca flour into 2 steps of blending machine for perfection, making the mixture blend in to a paste-like substance and activating the tapioca flour with heat to act as a glue.

MOLDING PROCESS

Molding the result of blending after several hours cooling into the desired shape and size of the briquette as requested by customer.

DRYING PROCESS

Drying the molded briquettes with appropriate shape and size as requested in the industrial oven for 48 hours until it reaches 5% or less moisture.

PACKING PROCESS

Packing the end product of briquettes into inner plastic, inner box, and masterbox with appropriate design as requested by customer’s brand.
